Canyon Lake Retreat offers self-service lodging and accommodations. Detailed descriptions of our services and amenities are available on our booking platform.

• Booking Policy: Bookings are confirmed upon payment and receipt of a booking confirmation.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in may not qualify for a refund.

• To ensure a pleasant and respectful environment for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

• Respect for Property

• Treat all areas, furnishings, and amenities with care.

• Report any damages immediately to management.

• Noise Policy

• Maintain low noise levels at all times, particularly between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect other guests.

• Safety Compliance

• Follow all posted safety guidelines throughout the retreat.

• Non-Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor suites and communal areas.

• Designated outdoor smoking areas are provided for your convenience.

• Pet Etiquette

• Up to two dogs per room are permitted.

• Guests must adhere to our pet policy, including payment of a nightly pet fee.

• Guest Privacy and Security

• Respect the privacy of other guests.

• Do not share access codes or keys with unauthorized individuals.

• Environmental Responsibility

• Participate in our recycling and energy-saving initiatives during your stay.

Canyon Lake Retreat is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of belongings unless caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas courts.

Canyon Lake Retreat reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
